Select a color and/or size now and click "Add to Cart." Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always return to your cart by clicking on the "cart icon" at the top right. Please note that having items in your cart does not reserve them.

Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the "cart icon" at the top right to view your Bring Back Culture items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be taken to the payment page where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you complete your order, you cannot modify it because your order is processed immediately so you can receive it as quickly as possible.

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
    Bring Back Culture covers the shipping costs, so you won’t pay for shipping.*
    *You will need to cover the shipping costs to return your item. These shipping rates apply to Europe, Turkey, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

  2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
    Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you will receive the link via email once your order has been shipped. It may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.

  3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
    Bring Back Culture aims for quick delivery of products. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. This means the average delivery time is 10 - 15 business days.

  4. I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY; WHAT NOW?
    If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the delivery person, which will also indicate the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.*
    *This applies only to the Netherlands and Belgium! For other countries, it depends on the postal services in that country.

  5. WRONG ADDRESS
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to process shipping quickly, so there is always a small window to correct a wrong shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you entered an incorrect address.

  6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you still have not received your order, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. An investigation will then be initiated by PostNL, and we will keep you updated on the progress until the investigation is complete.*
    *This applies to the Netherlands. For other countries, we will contact our supplier to investigate the case and address the postal services. However, we will do everything we can to resolve any issues.
